These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Flowshark platform (the "Service") operated by Flowshark, Inc. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Account

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• No attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer, or scrape.
• No spam or unsolicited bulk email through connected inboxes.
• No use of AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent documents.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Refunds are issued at our discretion for documented service outages. Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload (proposals, contacts, emails). We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Flowshark, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute except as permitted by these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law (audit logs, financial records).

Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to clients. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolve in Delaware courts.
